Melissa Johnson received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Peace Studies, cum laude from Whitworth University in Spokane, Washington.

Johnson was als named to the Laureate Society for spring semester 2012 for maintaining a grade point average of at least 3.75.
Cal Michael Hedberg was named to the University of Rhode Island's dean's list.
