A free back care seminar will take place Wednesday, October 26 at noon at the Simi Valley Family YMCA. The seminar will be conducted by Simi YMCA instructor and physical therapist Lisa Feeley. Those attending will learn how to take care of their back by using proper posture and body mechanics.
