Free Fitness Family Fun Night at Simi YMCA--January 22

The Simi Valley Family YMCA is hosting a free Fitness Family Fun Night Friday, January 22 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The event is open to the community.

Families will participate in a giant group fitness class designed to get everyone loose and limber. “All the celebrating we tend to do during the holidays can mean extra pounds in January,” says Mitch McManus. “Fitness Family Fun Night is a gentle reminder that we need to refocus on exercise and our health.”

After the workout, there will be opportunities to learn about living a healthy lifestyle. Nutritious snacks and refreshments will be served.
