Man Kaur, at 103, is still racking up medals. Her latest was at the 2019 World Masters Athletics Championships in Poland where she took the gold in her age category for shot put, javelin, 60-meter dash and 200-meter run.

Trained by her 81 year old son, Man started running in her 90s, which once again shows that it’s never too late to start something you truly want to do. Man pursues what has become her athletic passion despite bouts in the hospital with gallstones, and suffering with osteoporosis. This after working for many years as a nanny, housekeeper and cook in addition to raising her own three children.

Man’s prowess continues to improve every year, no doubt supported by her daily track workouts and healthy diet.
