Meet An “Amazing” Who Dances Her Way Into Healthy Happy Longevity

Barbara Peters, at 80, performed on the BBC’s “The Greatest Dancer” to the utter astonishment and delight of the judges. A ballerina who started her dance lessons at age 2, Barbara is now teaching ballet to budding young ballerinas.

Barbara not only has taught ballet most of her life (to all ages), she also was an examiner for the Royal Academy of Dance, a most prestigious position. In addition to the very young that Barbara teaches alongside her daughter, Claire, Barbara’s next venture is an adult class called “Silver Swans” for the over 55 who wish to dance. She is indeed a fabulous inspiration to any aspiring “Silver Swan.”
