Wendy Russell, at 90, has logged 23 years of continuing volunteer service at Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham, England. A retired special-ed teacher, Wendy staffs the reception desk twice weekly at the Medical Centre with kindness and efficiency. She helps patients and visitors figure out where to go for what they need.
