Meet An “Amazing” Who Transformed Her Declining Body

Constance Tillet, at 77, had an astonishing body transformation that had nothing to do with plastic surgery. Constance had never exercised, was overweight, needed to take insulin four times daily for her diabetes and some 60 medications for her heart problems, high blood pressure and arthritis.
In a short 10 months, she saw her weight drop by 50 pounds, and was able to reduce her required medications to just a few. This after having had two hip replacements and two rotator cuff repairs. Constance’s health started to decline when she was about 50. At her son’s urging, she tried Cross Fit at 77.
Her consistency with the training, and the encouragement she receives from her gym’s owner, is what Constance credits for her terrific results. And her advice is simple enough: stop whining, just get up and do it.
