Meet An “Amazing” Who Wowed on “Britain’s Got Talent"
Nora Barton, 96, sang "The Loveliest Night of the Year."

Nora Barton, at 96, wowed both the judges of “Britain’s Got Talent” and audience alike with her marvelous rendition of “The Loveliest Night of the Year,” hitting high notes--and sustaining them--with uncommon ability.
Accompanied on the piano by her 65-year-old daughter Pam, Nora was a sensation, proving that it’s not only dogs and children that are a hard act to follow, but 96-year-old great-grandmothers as well.
The audience roared its approval with a standing ovation. Nora, who has Alzheimer’s, has been singing since she was a child and had always dreamed of performing at the London Palladium. Finally, she made it! Which goes to show that where there is a will, there truly is a way. Congratulations, Nora.
