Police have arrested a 49-year-old Moorpark man who they believe had been making lewd and obscene gestures to young girls in the city, according to a report issued by the Ventura County Sheriff's Department. During a two-week investigation, the Moorpark school resource officer and Moorpark detectives found Bautista had been annoying girls ranging from 9 to 14 years as they walked from their residences to their bus stop, the report said. At least seven girls have come forward and identified Bautista as the suspect, according to the report.
