Volunteers Needed for Conejo Valley YMCA's 13th Annual "Turkey Day Dash"

Volunteers receive a Turkey Day Dash t-shirt.

Volunteers are needed to help before, during and after the Conejo Valley YMCA's 13th annual Turkey Day Dash. The annual 5K run/walk and 1K family walk takes place Thanksgiving morning, Thursday, November 23 at California Lutheran University (60 West Olsen Rd., Thousand Oaks).

Volunteers will help with course setup and registration, act as course marshals (must be at least 18 years old), hand out water, direct runners and clean up after the event. A number of time slots are available starting as early as 6:00 a.m. (course setup).

To volunteer, go to the Conejo Valley YMCA website, www.sevymca.org/conejo, click on the Turkey Day Dash icon and then go to the "Sign Up To Be A Volunteer" tab. Volunteers receive a Turkey Day Dash t-shirt.
