Fire officials explain that containment means control lines fully surround the blaze, though hot spots can still burn inside the perimeter while crews work toward full control.

Man to Stand Trial for Allegedly Shooting Other Driver on 91 Freeway (mynewsla.com) — A Moreno Valley man has been ordered to stand trial after a judge found enough evidence that he allegedly shot another driver during a road-rage confrontation on the 91 Freeway near downtown Riverside. The victim survived after surgery, while the defendant, free on $1 million bond, faces attempted murder and related firearm charges with a May 1 arraignment set in Riverside.
3. Three Men Were Arrested in a Million Dollar LEGO Heist (complex.com) — A shipment of LEGO products worth about $1 million, bound for Moreno Valley from Fort Worth, was allegedly stolen and later recovered after deputies found suspicious trucks in Mojave. 4. Riverside Concert Band will host Festival at Fairmount musical event (pressenterprise.com) — Moreno Valley music lovers can hear their own Moreno Valley Wind Symphony perform at the free Festival at Fairmount in Riverside’s Fairmount Park on April 25.
