• 17 law enforcement officers remembered at Siskiyou County ceremony (actionnewsnow.com) — Mount Shasta Police Department officers were among 17 fallen law enforcement members honored Wednesday at the annual Peace Officer Memorial ceremony at the Old Courthouse in Yreka. Local agencies, chaplains, and musicians gathered to remember officers and civilians from across Siskiyou County who died in the line of duty, including two Mount Shasta police chiefs and an officer.
