Deputies Will Wait on YOU: Tip-A-Cop Fundraiser on Sat., Oct. 18

"Tip" funds to benefit Special Olympics. Mark your calendars for dinner at Red Robin!

Deputies from the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office are participating in the ninth annual Tip-A-Cop fundraiser to benefit Special Olympics at the Red Robin restaurant in San Jose next Saturday on Oct. 18.

Law enforcement will volunteer their time as servers, delivering food and drinks with their “tips” donated to Special Olympics, alongside Red Robin servers from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and again from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The Red Robin is at 1000 El Paseo de Saratoga, San Jose, 95130.

This event raises money to provide local Special Olympics athletes with FREE year round sports training and competition opportunities in 11 different sports.

This event is one of hundreds of events conducted by the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Northern California.

The goal of the Law Enforcement Torch Run is to partner with our communities to support Special Olympics programs through raising funds and public awareness, while enhancing the quality of life of our athletes.
