VIDEO: Get Up and Move—A Dynamite Workout with the Dynaband
Using the lightweight and portable dynaband, here are some effective and challenging exercises that will help you create a sculpted physique.

If you have never used the dynaband for your strength workouts, you are seriously missing out. The dynaband offers up some really effective and fun exercises for sculpting the entire body, specifically the glutes. It's lightweight and small, making it perfect for workouts on the go.
Try out the following exercises and I'll be shocked if your lower half isn't begging you for mercy after a few circuits through this routine:
Penguin Runs: Wrap the Dynaband around your ankles. Bend slightly at the knees, widen your stance (as if you are trying to break the dynaband apart), and run forward about 8-12 paces at a quick clip. Then, squat down into a half squat and slowly walk backwards to return to your starting pposition. Repeat 3-4 times.

Side Steppers with Leg Lifts: Leave the dynaband around your ankles, and return to your half squat position, making sure not to arch your back. Step out with the right leg, and then bring the left leg in to join the right. Continue moving to the right for about 8-12 steps. Then, stand still and lift the right leg up and down laterally without letting the foot touch the ground for 12 repetitions. Repeat the same sequence by moving back to the left and then lifting the left leg. Repeat this sequence 3-4 times.
Bow and Arrows: Stand tall with a slight bend at the knees, feet shoulder or hip width apart. Hold the band straight out in front of you at shoulder height, with the knot pointing toward the ground. With your right arm, pull the band back, bringing your right elbow behind you and rotating your torso to the right. Imagine you are aiming to shoot a bow and keep your wrists neutral, hands at shoulder height, and abdominals tight. Return the band to its starting position and repeat on the left side. Alternate pulling with the right and left arms for 8-12 repetitions.
