Google Execs In Top 25 Richest People in the World

Brin and Page tie at No. 24, beating out Zuckerberg and Jobs.

If you had $19.8 billion, what would you do?

That's the net worth of both Google's founders and executives Larry Page, 37, and Sergey Brin, 37, who tied at No. 24 according to Forbes Magazine's World Billionaries list released Wednesday. In the United States, Page hit No. 11 and Brin, No. 12.

Their colleague at the Mountain View-based company, CEO Eric Schmidt, 55, came in at No. 136. His net worth of $7 billion put him in the No. 42 position of billionaires in the U.S.

As a region, Silicon Valley had a significant amount of representation on the list of 1,140 billionaires in the world. Woodside resident and Oracle's founder, Larry Ellison, 66, sits safely near the top of the world-wide list at No. 5, and No. 3 in the United States with $39.5 billion.

Facebook's co-founder Mark Zuckerberg, 26, secured No. 52 in the world and No. 19 in the U.S., respectively, with $13.5 billion. He was more than 50 spots ahead of Apple's CEO Steve Jobs, 56, whose $8.3 billion net worth put him at No. 110.

Another Mountain View billionaire? Intuit's Scott Cook, 58, whose modest net worth of $1.4 billion, made him No. 819 in the world and 332 in the United States.

The top spot on the billionaire list went to Mexico's telecommunication king Carlos Slim, 71, whose net worth was an astounding $71 billion. Microsoft's Bill Gates, 55, came in at No. 2 with $56 billion, and Warren Buffett, 80, rounded out the top three with $50 billion.
