The suspect grabbed the victim’s buttocks over his pants, police said.

The suspect then looked over the urinal partition to look at the victim’s exposed penis, according to police.

When the victim objected to the suspect’s behavior, the suspect left the restroom and was seen walking out of the store, police said. The suspect is described as a Hispanic man in his 30s with a medium build.

He was wearing a red sweatshirt and brown carpenter-style pants at the time of the incident, according to police.

Detectives are looking into whether the incident is linked to a case in which a man took a photo on his cellphone of a woman in a bathroom at Cubberley Community Center on Monday night.
