ID Me, Please, And Call The Mountain View Police
The police report she is a possible suspect in a grand theft case.
The Mountain View Police Department is turning to the public to help identify a possible suspect in a grand theft incident reported Monday afternoon on North Rengstorff Avenue.
Police were called at 2:17 p.m. to the 1000 block of North Rengstorff for a report of a handbag, containing a wallet, credit card, cash and other personal items, stolen from a vehicle.
The suspect was described as a Hispanic female, 5 feet 8 inches tall with a heavy build and brown hair pulled up into a bun. She was wearing a red, white and blue zip-up hoodie with a white star on the front, a white t-shirt, blue jeans and was carrying a large black and white handbag, police said.

After allegedly stealing the handbag, the woman reportedly was seen being picked up by a small, purple-colored truck (possibly a Ford or Toyota) with a dark camper shell and a missing rear passenger side hubcap.
