My name is Clint Blakely and I’m a product of Mountain View High School's performing arts departments, where I fell in love with music singing with the Madrigals. I hold a BA in Jazz Voice from USC's Thornton School of Music. I've played &amp; sung music around the world – Los Angeles bars &amp; clubs, Amsterdam concert halls, Rio de Janeiro churches... I love teaching lessons over Zoom! For the past 5 years, I’ve taught students all over the world whose ages range from 4 years old to 60+. My students have a wide variety of skill levels, from complete beginners to 10+ years of prior study. In my lessons, I combine technical instruction and creative exercises within a fun, encouraging atmosphere. The Mountain View City Council on Thursday passed an ordinance to raise the city's minimum wage to $10.30 per hour. The wage increase will go into effect next July. The city council also voted 6-1 to set a goal of raising the minimum wage to $15 per hour by 2018. The California minimum wage is $9 per hour and is set to increase to $10 in 2016.
