Update: Missing Man With Alzheimer's Found

Mountain View Police had asked for the public's help in finding the man.

A man who was reported missing after he walked away from the Mountain View Senior Center earlier today has been located, police said this evening. The police department tweeted, “Ramon Advincula is safe and at home. Thank you for helping us spread the word!”

Police are searching for a man with Alzheimer’s disease who has been missing since he walked away from the Mountain View Senior Center this afternoon.

Ramon Advincula, 67, is described as a bald Asian male wearing a green t-shirt, khaki shorts and khaki-colored shoes. He is around 5 feet 5 inches to 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs around 160 pounds, police said.

Police believe he has his wallet and identification with him.
