Mtn. View Wants Your Two Cents On Raising Minimum Wage By A Few Bucks

Community meetings are set for residents to hear proposal to raise minimum wage from current $10.30 to $15 by 2018.

From the City of Mountain View:

The cities of Mountain View and Sunnyvale invite all community members to attend one of two public meetings about a regional increase to the minimum wage rate. The current minimum wage is $10.30 per hour in both Mountain View and Sunnyvale.

By the end of this year, both city councils will receive a minimum wage update and may consider proposed ordinances to increase the minimum wage to $15 per hour by 2018.
