• Construction Starts For 1020 Terra Bella Avenue, Mountain View (sfyimby.com) — A new 108-unit affordable housing complex, La Bella, is now under construction at 1020 Terra Bella Avenue in Mountain View, bringing income-restricted homes for families, people exiting homelessness, and residents with disabilities. The seven-story project includes on-site parking, bike spaces, and supportive services, and marks Alta Housing's fourth affordable development in the city, located near Highway 101 and North Shoreline Boulevard.

(kqed.org) — Tech worker organizers are reassessing unions as AI, layoffs, and political concerns reshape Silicon Valley, with Google's Mountain View headquarters central to the debate.
