3 Car Collision Seriously Injures 1, Backs Up Traffic In Murrieta
One person was extricated from a wrecked vehicle and hospitalized following a collision involving three cars on Highway 79 in Murrieta.
MURRIETA, CA — Rescue crews worked to free at least one person from a wrecked vehicle following a three-car collision that sent debris flying all over Highway 79 in Murrieta on Sunday.
The crash, which was reported just after 2 p.m., also significantly backed up traffic along the highway. The person who was extricated from a vehicle was majorly injured and was taken to a hospital by ambulance, according to reports from the scene.
