53 Residential Lots Along Murrieta-Menifee Border Get OK

MURRIETA, CA — An 11.5-acre property located just outside Murrieta city limits can be subdivided to make room for 53 new homes.

The Riverside County Board of Supervisors gave its OK Tuesday in a 5-0 vote.

The French Valley site is bordered by Hilton Road to the north, Keller Road to the south, Spencer's Crossing Parkway to the east, and Leon Road to the west.

The minimum lot size was approved at 5,000 square feet. The proposed project would include three open space areas.

The project applicant is Riverside Mitland 03 LLC, Shaun Bowen.
