If you grow or sell citrus locally, you may face new restrictions but also have the right to appeal the boundary change within ten working days of notification.
• Man Accused Of Killing Wildomar Woman Makes First Court Appearance (patch.com) — A homicide suspect in the killing of a Wildomar senior has now appeared in court at the Southwest Justice Center in Murrieta, with formal arraignment set for Sept. 29. Local readers should know the case involves a nearby detention center and investigators from Riverside County, who allege foul play after finding the victim dead for several days last summer.
