Motorcyclist Down In I-215 Murrieta Area Crash, CHP Reports

MURRIETA, CA — A motorcyclist crashed Tuesday morning on Interstate 215, landing in the freeway lanes, the California Highway Patrol reports. An ambulance was called to the scene.
According to preliminary CHP reports, the person was headed south on the freeway when they crashed just before 8 a.m. near Clinton Keith Road. Logs say the rider ran into the side of another vehicle while trying to cut lanes and crashed.
The bike and person were blocking the fast lane following the wreck, according to reports. Traffic was backing up to Scott Road as a result.
