Murrieta's Reading Cinemas Now Delivering Popcorn, Hot Dogs, More

Amid the coronavirus shutdown, the movie theater is offering its concession stand food for delivery and curbside pickup.

MURRIETA, CA — Film-goers who are missing the multiplex experience amid the coronavirus shutdown can now get a little comfort — in the form of real movie theater food.

Reading Cinemas at Cal Oaks Plaza in Murrieta has launched a "Reading Cinemas Eats at Home" program that lets movie lovers get concession stand favorites curbside or delivered to their door.

The menu includes classic movie theater standards like popcorn, hot dogs, soft pretzels, candies, hamburgers, fries, potato chip crusted chicken tenders with sauces, sandwiches, and cookies.
