Welcome to the Returning Students to Campus in a Pandemic Environment page.

In this dynamic environment, it is important for families to have a central place for accurate and timely information. In accordance with the California Department of Public Health's Re-opening Framework, Riverside County may resume in-person instruction for all MVUSD students, as long as we adhere to the health and safety mandates listed in the State's guidance documents.

Over the past few months, employees within and across all departments, as well as employee groups, Murrieta Educators Association (MEA) and California School Employees Association (CSEA) have been working diligently to develop a Returning to In-Person Instruction Plan that is safe and effective to bringing students back on campus in groups while continuing to offer quality virtual education.

Per the Board of Education's vote on October 8, 2020 registration will begin for families to choose virtual or hybrid in-person learning for the remainder of the year.
