See Your Assessed Property Value: 2026 Data Finalized In Riverside County
The 2026 assessed values for individual properties are now available for review.

RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA — Are you a property owner in Riverside County? How much are you paying in property tax, and what is the assessed value of your holding(s)?
The Riverside County Assessor-Clerk-Recorder’s Office announced Tuesday it has finalized the 2026 Assessment Roll. The roll includes more than 1 million assessments representing residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, and business personal property throughout the county.
The Assessment Roll is the official annual record of taxable property values in Riverside County as of Jan. 1, 2026 lien date. Assessed values for individual properties are now available for review through RivCoView.
The completed roll serves as the foundation of Riverside County's property tax system. Property tax bills are mailed out in late September/early October and are payable in two equal installments.
Property owners who believe their assessed value exceeds the market value of their property as of Jan. 1, 2026, may contact the Assessor's Office for assistance or file an Assessment Appeal during the official filing period, which runs from July 2 through Nov. 30, 2026.

Countywide, the 2026 Assessment Roll totaled $483.98 billion in net taxable value, a 5.18% increase from the previous year.
Growth in this year's roll was driven by property transfers, new construction, business property assessments, and annual Proposition 13 inflation adjustments. Continued investment and development across Riverside County communities also contributed to overall assessment growth, according to the Assessor’s Office.
"Every assessment on the roll matters to property owners and the public agencies that rely on this information. Our goal is to administer the roll fairly, accurately, and consistently so that property owners can have confidence in the assessment process," Assessor-County Clerk-Recorder Peter Aldana said.
