• Rialto Unified Honors Two Education Leaders For Compassion (iecn.com) — Muscoy residents are represented in Area 2 by Joseph Williams, who was just honored with a Lifetime Achievement Service Award for his work linking education, workforce development, and youth empowerment. At the Rialto Democratic Club's Who's Who Awards, Williams and teacher Oscar Hinojosa were celebrated alongside other Inland Empire leaders for their community service and support of local students and families.
