Hospitality Symposium March 27

Registration is now open for the Wine Country Hospitality Symposium on Tuesday, March 27 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Napa Valley College’s Upper Valley Campus in St. Helena. 

 

The Symposium presents best practices in sustainable hospitality, new industry regulations, marketing innovations and management leadership. From pasture-to-table food preparation, to long-term employee engagement and successful community-based operations, the Symposium is a full day of speakers and seminars on issues facing the Northern California hospitality industry.

This is an educational forum and networking opportunity designed for business owners, managers and supervisors of restaurants, wineries, hotels, B&B, spas and catering companies.

Breakout sessions – Ingredients for Success

Industry experts speak out on new strategies for green operations, human resources, social media marketing and superior customer service.  Presenters will share their first-hand experiences on company value through operations and employee-driven sustainability.

The day includes a continental breakfast, keynote address, educational breakouts, catered lunch by Silverado Brewing Company, networking, wine tasting and eco-agricultural food/trade show in the relaxing and beautiful NVC Culinary Quad.
