NAPA VALLEY, CA — Patch reader Karen Pettit sent in this photo she took during an event to help build bicycles for children Sunday, March 24 at Honig Winery in Rutherford. Pettit said it was a follow-up to the Bikes For Tots Napa Valley fundraising dinner she attended in October at Whitehall Lane winery in St. Helena.

The Fast Freddie Foundation and Morgan Stanley Cycling Team host the annual fall event that raises funds for bike and helmet purchases from Specialized Bikes. Through the program, thousands of bikes have reportedly been donated to under-served children of the greater Bay Area.

Thanks so much for sharing, Karen — what a precious way of giving back!
