During the first week of June 2026, Napa Solano Audubon took a four-day field trip to Mono Lake and the Eastern Sierra. We explored more than twenty locations by hiking up canyons on the eastern slopes, visiting high alpine lakes, and walking along the shores of Mono Lake. We observed 130 species of birds and learned about the habitats where they live and breed. This presentation will share some of our exciting days and discoveries. Presented by Mark Stephenson.
