Fatal Silverado Trail Crash: Roadway Reopens

NAPA VALLEY, CA — Silverado Trail reopened at 2:11 p.m. Wednesday following a fatal crash on the roadway.

The collision happened shortly before 11:45 a.m. Wednesday at 7870 Silverado Trail in Oakville and resulted in the closure of Silverado Trail between Oakville Cross Road and Skellenger Lane, according to the California Highway Patrol and the Napa County Sheriff's Office.

Preliminary reports indicated the crash may have involved a big rig and a pickup truck.
