City Of Calistoga Postpones Grant Street Reconstruction Forum

A forum about the "important vehicle, pedestrian and biking route for many Calistogans" was set for this week but has been rescheduled.

CALISTOGA, CA — The second in a series of community forums about the Grant Street Reconstruction Project in Calistoga was scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 13 but has been postponed, city officials said Tuesday.

The mayor's forum to discuss "the important vehicle, pedestrian and biking route for many Calistogans" is now slated for 6 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 15 at the Calistoga Community Center, 1307 Washington St.

"This change was made to allow for more notice and greater participation and input by neighbors of the project and the overall community," city officials said in an email sent via Nixle. "The greater the participation the better the result."
