Known in Napa for its one-of-a-kind training system, CTS specializes in training middle school, high school and college-aged athletes who want to level up their physical performance. Athletes who normally come to CTS are those who need to improve their agility and foot speed, flexibility, mobility, and vertical jumping power. The gym’s programs are also targeted to address key athlete issues such as muscle gain and fat loss, upper and lower and full body muscle strength, body awareness, balance and stability.
Programs can be customized to a client’s sport, age or current level of ability. Whether it’s boosting strength, physical conditioning, building athleticism, or reducing risk of injury, CTS will create an individualized program that will help achieve these goals.
According to Cortese, himself an experienced football/track athlete and weightlifter, the gym utilizes the latest methods and training techniques built from years of experience and sport science developments.
He added, “We have a family-like atmosphere in the gym, and we take pride in making sure the experience at CTS is the best around. Knowing that we can provide a bigger and better space with great coaching and programs for our CTS family is a great feeling.”
