Earthquake Near Calistoga Shakes North Bay

The quake struck at 10:17 p.m. Wednesday — did YOU feel it?

NORTH BAY, CA — A 3.3-magnitude earthquake struck the North Bay Wednesday night, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The quake shook the region at 10:17 p.m. and was initially recorded with a magnitude of 3.4.

The earthquake was centered 8.7 miles northeast of Santa Rosa, 7.5 miles from St. Helena and about 4 miles southwest of Calistoga, according to the USGS.

Officials with Calistoga said no one reported a disruption to city services.
