CHP Responds To Fatal Crash On Hwy 37 Near Solano, Napa County Line

A collision with at least one fatality was reported on eastbound state Highway 37 right before state Highway 29/Sonoma Boulevard.

NORTH BAY, CA — All lanes of state Highway 37 were reopened by 12:11 p.m. Thursday following a fatal crash near state Highway 29 just south of Napa County.

The collision happened at 10:33 a.m. on eastbound SR-37 right before SR-29/Sonoma Boulevard in Vallejo, according to the California Highway Patrol.

A Sig-alert was issued at 10:37 a.m. for the roadway, where the right lane was blocked.

"Motorists are advised to expect delays and to use alternate routes to avoid the area," according to 511SFBay.org. "There is no estimated time to reopen the roadway."

At 12:11 p.m., CHP reported that all lanes were reopened.
