NORTH BAY, CA — A structure fire Thursday night at Cal Fire's Sonoma-Lake-Napa Unit fleet maintenance facility in St. Helena caused an estimated $2 million in damages to equipment and the building, a Cal Fire spokesman said. The fire at 3535 St. Helena Way was reported at 8:51 p.m., according to Will Powers, spokesman for the Cal Fire Sonoma-Lake-Napa Unit.

A total of 44 personnel from Cal Fire, Napa County Fire and the Calistoga and St. Helena fire departments worked to extinguish the blaze. PG&E and AMR also responded to the scene.
