Notably, hazards and collisions are causing delays on 128 eastbound near Napan and I-80 westbound near Vallejo. Additionally, the right lane and shoulder of the Richmond Bridge are closed until midnight, and the connector ramp from 29 to I-80 in Vallejo is closed.
