ROHNERT PARK, CA - The Smart train will be conducting focused testing from Scenic Blvd to Rohnert Park Expressway starting Thursday, according to the Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety.
Testing will take place from Sept. 8 - 15, between the hours of 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
According to Public Safety, "The testing will be at increased speeds and frequency with the overall goal of improving the reliability of the crossings (to eliminate the false activations, long warnings etc.)."

The crossings will each have two flaggers on site as well as safety signs.
