Man Tried to Lure Sonoma County Teen Into Truck: Police
The girl was walking home from school when the man approached her.

PETALUMA, CA — A 15-year-old girl walking home from high school Thursday afternoon was inappropriately touched by a stranger who tried to convince her to get into his truck, Petaluma police said this morning.
The man stopped and got out of his white pickup truck in the area of North McDowell Boulevard and Old Redwood Highway around 1:30 p.m. He began talking to the girl, touched her and tried to get her in the truck, police said.
The girl said the Hispanic man was in his early 20s, 5 feet 8 inches with a medium build, short brown hair and had no facial hair. He was wearing a black shirt and gray pants and had a tattoo n his right arm, police
said.

There was black and orange writing along the entire length of the white work truck, police said.
