Healthy Lifestyle? Get Your Video into CNN!

Does living in the Napa Valley inspire you to lead a healthy lifestyle? CNN is holding a video contest and the Napa County Public Health Division is encouraging residents to participate.

They’ve provided these directions to get you started:

After August 10 CNN will select the top 10 places and then readers will be able to vote for the #1 healthiest place to live.

One of the criteria for selection into the top 10 is total number of videos uploaded per location. So we want as many people as possible to make and upload a video by Sunday with the following:

1. Start the video with: “Hi my name is ___ and I live in Napa County. Napa County inspires me to be healthy by …”

2. Turn the camera/phone around to show the activity you’re talking about. We want to see ACTION! The more people in your video the better!

3. Go to CNN at http://ireport.cnn.com/topics/1153052 and upload the video with the Headline “Napa County inspires me…”
