More DUI Arrests During Saturday's Patrols In Napa
Twelve drivers evaluated with five arrested. Another motorist also caught driving on a suspended license.

From the Napa Police Department:
Napa PD was out on Saturday night February 7, 2015 looking for DUI drivers. This STEP Grant detail was funded by OTS. Five Officers worked this operation from 6:00 PM-2:00 AM, resulting in 68 vehicle stops.
During these 68 vehicle stops, officers noticed 12 of these drivers displayed symptoms of alcohol consumption and or drug use. These 12 drivers were evaluated and 5 of them were arrested for DUI- related violations.

Additionally, one driver was driving with a suspended license. This driver was cited and the vehicle was towed and impounded for 30 days.
Funding for this program was provided by a grant from the California Office of Traffic Safety, through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
