Motorcyclist Killed On Hwy 29 ID'd

The 22-year-old hit the center divider on Sunday morning, officials said.

NAPA COUNTY, CA – The Napa County coroner's office has identified a motorcyclist who died in a crash early Sunday morning in Napa as Alexis Fuentes, 22, of Napa.

Fuentes was riding a blue Suzuki motorcycle north on state Highway 29 north of Imola Avenue at about 2:30 a.m. when he lost control of the motorcycle and struck a wood and metal guardrail in the center divider,
California Highway Patrol officials said.

Fuentes was ejected and the motorcycle overturned and came to rest in the center divider, according to the CHP.

Fuentes was pronounced dead at the scene. He was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash, CHP officials said.
