Napa Airport To Get Air Medical Services Chopper
A bright red REACH Air Medical Services helicopter will soon be providing 24/7 service from a new base at the Napa County Airport.

NAPA, CA -- A bright red REACH Air Medical Services helicopter will soon provide 24/7 service from a new base at the Napa County Airport.
The REACH EC135 helicopters, staffed with flight nurses and paramedics, fly patients from accident scenes to hospitals or from one hospital to another when time is of the essence and more advanced care is needed.
Service from the Napa County Airport will begin in April.

REACH started 30 years ago with a base in northern California and now has 43 air medical base locations in California and six other states.
"Over the years, our crews have transported more than 135,000 patients to needed care," Sean Russell, president of REACH Medical Holdings, said in a statement announcing the new Napa base.
