The city said contact tracers were working with all positive cases to identify additional close contacts or impacted businesses.

CALISTOGA, CA — A largescale contact tracing investigation got underway this week after nine members of the same Calistoga household were diagnosed with coronavirus. Napa County health officials advised the city of Calistoga Wednesday afternoon about the nine new cases, the city said.

"The Health Department contact tracers are working with all positive cases to identify additional close contacts, including any businesses that may be impacted," the city said in a Nixle message Wednesday.

Since the outbreak began in March, there have been two other confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Calistoga and they were not from the same households, the city said.
