A witness allegedly spotted the 22-year-old driving slowly and running into curbs, police said.

NORTH BAY, CA — A Napa man was arrested Sunday night in Petaluma on suspicion of his second DUI. Austin Pace, 22, was stopped by Petaluma police at about 9:56 p.m. Sunday after the department received a call from a concerned citizen about a possibly intoxicated driver, Petaluma police Sgt. Lance Novello said in a news release.
The reporting party "described following a vehicle through Petaluma after watching it driving slowly, running into curbs, and having exaggerated turning movements," Novello said.
The reporting party provided the vehicle plate and reported the vehicle stopped on the shoulder of Adobe Road near Frates Road, the sergeant said.
