Napa Valley Silverado Half-Marathon Returns To Calistoga

Here's what you need to know about the 7th annual event, which is Sunday and is now headquartered at Calistoga Beverage Company.

CALISTOGA, CA — The 7th annual Napa Valley Silverado Half Marathon 10K and 5K returns this Sunday, April 22 to the Calistoga area. Vineyards and wineries, with great vistas of the surrounding mountain ranges, including Mt. Saint Helena and the picturesque Palisades, surround all three road race courses.

This event is now headquartered at the Calistoga Beverage Company. All three courses start and finish on the Silverado Trail (in front of the Calistoga Beverage Company) and head south to the respective Half Marathon, 10K and 5K turnarounds, then re-trace back to the finish. The three courses are primarily flat and fast, with the half-marathon route having only two minor hills. Along with the new start/finish area, kids’ strollers ARE now allowed. (Click here for course maps for all three distances.)

PARKING

Parking will be in the field directly behind the Calistoga Beverage Company. Participants can access the field from Lincoln Avenue just past 1856 Lincoln Ave., and there will be parking monitors to help with parking and direct participants to the start/finish and registration area.

AID STATIONS

There will be aid stations on the out-and-back courses, at miles 11.55, 3.5, 5.6, 7.4, 9.5 and 11.45.
