Napa Woman Arrested In Stabbing: Police
BREAKING: Police say the stabbing left a man injured.

NAPA, CA — A Napa woman was arrested on suspicion of stabbing a man Sunday night, police said. The incident was reported at about 8:30 p.m. at the corner of Arboreo and S. Franklin streets, according to Napa police, who arrived at the scene to find a man had been stabbed in his arm. Officers quickly located the stabbing suspect, 34-year-old Napa resident Christine Camp, in the backyard of a home in the area, police said.
Meanwhile, the victim was taken to a hospital for treatment of the stab wound. After determining his injury was not life-threatening, the man was released from the hospital, police said.
"We appreciate the patience the residents showed while we investigated the incident and are glad the victim is going to be OK," Napa police said in a Facebook post Sunday night. "Thanks to the help from witnesses, we were quickly able to track down the suspect."

It was not immediately clear if Camp and the victim — whose name was not released — knew each other, or what may have led to the stabbing.
