Vallejo, Martinez Men Accused In Orinda Halloween Shooting
- Both men were booked into jail on suspicion of "charges related to the Orinda shooting," the Contra Costa County Sheriff's Office says.
- The roundabout at First Street and SR-29 was not expected to be done until spring 2020 but Caltrans announced this week it was set to open.
- The unit where the elderly occupant was found was heavily damaged by fire, an investigator with the Sonoma County Fire District said.
- The district attorneys of Sonoma, Napa and Solano have reached a settlement with the company that owns Public Storage.
- The 57-year-old had recurring access to the victims, both of whom were 10 years old or younger, according to the DA's Office.
